The 2014 wedding season couldn’t have started off any better! After months of bitter cold and endless snow in one of the worst winters Chicago had ever seen, Justin and Thea tied the knot on a beautiful Spring afternoon close to their family and friends. It was our first time at this venue in Tinley Park, Illinois and we were impressed to say the least! This Odyssey Country Club Wedding was located on the ground level floor of the venue. Half of the room’s walls were ceiling-to-floor windows that gave way to a magnificent view of the golf course and beautiful pond fountain.
Being that the groom was a huge movie buff, guests entered the room to a cinematic-themed cocktail hour with numbers from Harry Potter, Batman: The Dark Knight, Inception, and a few Disney classics. As the dinner hour rolled around, elegance poured over the room with the sounds of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Michael Buble.
Toasts from both of Justin’s brothers got the guests roaring with laughter, and Thea’s mother surprised the bride and groom by singing an original song that ended with a standing ovation! It was a beautiful Odyssey Country Club Wedding, with great laughs and awesome dance moves! Congratulations, Justin and Thea, on your marriage!
