Who is your all-time favorite artist?

I would say possibly Michael Jackson or Usher ; that’s a very tough choice. They both have really great voices. Great longevity in the music field. You will most likely hear one or the other at almost any party. They also have a lot of feel good music.

What’s your favorite part of DJing weddings?

I view my favorite part of the wedding as a slow burn of when I’m introducing the couple as Newly weds, to the very moment where Im telling the family and friends that the dance floor is now open. At this point I know it’s about to be an epic night I’m getting excited , the couple is getting excited, and every thing is going as plan; then boom the magic happens everyone’s dancing!

How would you describe your emcee style?

My emcee style is a mixture of fun/lively with a mixture of humor. I may state some fun facts about how the couple met or give the groom a hard time about how lucky he is to have met his wife. What’s important is that the bride and groom is smiling and everyone else that’s sharing their special moment is doing the same.
How do you like to keep the dance floor bumpin’ all night?

I like to go heavy on songs with great drum patterns; playing popular pop, R&B and hip hop music from the early 2000s era to current afrobeats. If I have to play songs from the 1960’s to get grandma on the dance floor ; I’ll make it happen. I also think playing music that means a lot to the couples’ wedding party. I always advise clients if you want your wedding guest to dance all night; make sure you are part of that dance floor when you have a chance. They’re there to celebrate you so enjoy the moment with them.

Why should someone hire you to DJ their wedding?

If you want to hear your favorite artist or songs with a bit of twist then I’d be the right person for you , I like to keep the music traditional to my clients taste and add a little twist to it when fits to give them a fun experience. Im a fan of most genres. I’m kind and easy to work with. Very professional and I’m very accommodating; especially if your event isn’t going as you planned to do whatever circumstances outside of my control I will try my hardest to make sure things get back on track and your night remains special for you and your spouse.

What are your hobbies outside of DJing?

I love playing basketball, weight training and obviously listening to music. Music is involved in almost everything I’m in to. Listening to the right tunes can keep you in a positive mind set and I’m really big on giving off positive energy because its contagist at times.
